Communication Consent

How and when we contact you, and how to opt out.

What you're agreeing to

When you submit an intake, referral, contact, or careers form on lotustsc.com, you consent to receive transactional and service- related communications from Lotus Wellness via the email and phone number you provide. These include:

  • Confirmation that we received your submission.
  • A reference code you can use at our status tracker to check your intake's progress.
  • Follow-up phone calls or emails from Callie Henderson.
  • Scheduling, eligibility, and service-coordination messages once a service relationship begins.

Email frequency & content

We send transactional emails only — there is no marketing list. You will receive a message when you submit a form, when there is an update on your intake, or when we need information from you.

SMS / phone

We may call or text the phone number you provide for the same service-related purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply. Tell us your preferred contact method on any form, or reply STOP to a text message to opt out of further texts.

Opting out of email

Every transactional email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also visit our unsubscribe page or email callie@lotustsc.com to be removed from all non-essential communications.

Note: Once a service relationship has begun, we may still need to contact you about your care under HIPAA-permitted treatment, payment, and operations purposes, even after you opt out of non-essential messages.
